Computer Science Co-op In-Town Summer 2019 Recruitment Information

This is your invitation to participate in our Computer Science Co-op Program for the Summer 2019 term.

We currently have 73 Computer Science Major and Honours students seeking a Co-op work term in May. The majority of these students will be completing their third and final work term, with an expected graduation date of December 2019 or April 2020.

Work-term dates of May 6 to August 23, 2019 are set to align with the academic calendar although you can negotiate alternate dates with the student(s) provided the work term is at least 16 weeks long. If your preference is to have students participate in an eight month work term, please indicate that on your submission as we have some work term I and II students whose schedule can accommodate a double term.

Schedule for Summer 2019 Placements

Now through February 21^st	Co-op Office will accept job postings for the Summer 2019 work term. Postings submitted early typically receive more applications than those submitted closer to the deadline date.

Friday, March 1^st	A link to your student application packages will be emailed to you for your review and consideration.
Friday, March 8^th	Deadline for Interview Arrangements to be submitted to the Co-op Office using the Interview Arrangement Web Form.Interview lists submitted early have the highest opportunity of getting their preferred date(s).

Thursday, March 7^th to Thursday, March 21^st	INTERVIEW PERIOD – all interviews will be at Fort Garry Campus.
Friday, March 22^nd	Deadline for employer rankings to be submitted to the Co-op Office.

Monday, March 25^th to Friday, March 29^th	Computer Science Co-op Office will facilitate the matching process. Employers will be contacted as students accept positions.
