Our program does not have a deadline for accepting job descriptions from out-of-town employers. We do however, require that all offers for work term placements be received by Wednesday, February 29, 4:00 pm CDT, 2012.
Our process for out-of-town employers is continuous placement. Students will be made aware of offers as they are received by our office.
It is important to keep in mind that it takes a minimum of two weeks to gather student applications, forward them, and in turn, coordinate interviews.

Our Job Description Web Form describes a Jobs tool that we have available. It allows employers to view and download student applications via the web. Employers that do not have their own web portal for uploading student application packages are encouraged to use our Jobs tool.
